Interpretation

At this time, we do not support international delivery. All Orders must include a valid Malaysian shipping address.

Regardless of Order quantity, size, or delivery location within Malaysia, there are no additional shipping charges.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after full payment is received.

7. Accuracy of Delivery Details
To ensure a successful and timely delivery:

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned parcels caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by You at checkout.
8. Missed Deliveries and Redelivery Attempts
- Couriers may attempt delivery up to two times.
- If delivery is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability or address issues, the parcel may be returned to Us.
